We offer a variety of car detailing services, including but not limited to exterior hand washes, interior cleaning, clay bar treatments, paint correction, and ceramic coating. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website. Services may vary based on package selection, and we reserve the right to update or modify our offerings at any time.
Scheduling: Appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or other available methods. Once an appointment is confirmed, a time slot will be reserved for your service.
Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
Pricing: All prices are listed on our website or communicated during booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for special services or promotional offers.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, Venmo, card, and tap-to-pay options.
Refunds: We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to address the issue. Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is in a safe condition for detailing. This includes ensuring no valuables are left in the vehicle, and the vehicle is accessible for our team to work on.
Damage Liability: While we take great care in detailing your vehicle, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions (such as scratches, dents, or paint defects) or damage caused by external factors outside of our control (e.g., weather-related issues).
For mobile services, we require access to running water and power outlets at the location where the vehicle will be serviced. If these are unavailable or inaccessible, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service.
For the safety and well-being of our team and clients, all detailing services will be conducted using safe, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly products. We follow industry best practices to ensure the highest standards of safety.
Mobile Services: You must provide a safe and accessible location for our team to perform the service. If the location is inaccessible or unsafe, we may reschedule or charge an additional fee.
Pick-up/Drop-off Services: If you arrange for pick-up and drop-off of your vehicle, we are not responsible for any damage or loss during transport unless caused by our negligence.
